The tour starts at $3,535 per person for double occupancy and includes first class hotels, a tour director, local expert guides for all excursions, 23 meals, including 7 dinners and all motorcoach transportation. A train ride from Moscow to St. Petersburg is also included. However, airfare, some taxes and gratuities and incrementals are not included.
